Bronze Boot

HISTORY

The Bronze Boot is awarded to the player who scores the most goals in a single season.  It is modeled after the Golden Boot which is presented the the player who scores the most goals in the World Cup.  Since our teams are two steps below those national teams, this award is bronze and not gold. This award is much more recent than the original, while the original began in 1954 the first Bronze Boot has only been awarded since the 2003-2004 indoor season.
